I ran my FIRST 5K in Chicago in March 2006. I finished 28:30.

I registered for the 1/2 Marathon Provo River run August 2006

I would like to some day run the St. George Marathon

5:45am ran with Gynene 6.0 miles. Walked for about 8 minutes up a steep part. Needed more water. My water was frozen and I was wishing that I had more water or that I would pass a park with a water fountain.

9:00am cross trained with Igor at the gym

Tomorrow we plan to do our figure 8 as our fast run (4.2 miles)

Hopefully sub 38 mins.
