I ran my FIRST 5K in Chicago in March 2006. I finished 28:30.

I registered for the 1/2 Marathon Provo River run August 2006

I would like to some day run the St. George Marathon

5:45am ran with Gynene 6.0 miles. Walked for about 8 minutes up a steep part. Needed more water. My water was frozen and I was wishing that I had more water or that I would pass a park with a water fountain.

9:00am cross trained with Igor at the gym

Tomorrow we plan to do our figure 8 as our fast run (4.2 miles)

Hopefully sub 38 mins.

appx 4.2 miles ? 47 mins

7:20 am ran an additional 39 mins appx 3.0 miles Times and distance not totally accurate today.

5:40am ran 5 miles with Gynene, then walked 1 mile, ran 1 more mile, then walked another mile. It was a hard day mentally for me. Just couldn't find the

extra push after I started walking the first time. No water. I bought a water pack today so that I can take water with me. Hopefully that will help. I'll try again tomorrow.

Met at 5:45 am and ran the full loop and then the figure 8 with Gynene. It felt longer than yesterday's run. Our time was 1:20 (appx- i had a minor problem

with my watch when we first started, so we estimated the time a little)

10:30 am- Kickboxing class with Gynene
